About Me.
My name is Sydni Zebrauskas, and I am a dedicated future healthcare professional pursuing a career as a paramedic with the long-term goal of working in critical care lifeline transport. I currently hold EMT and CPR certifications and am completing my undergraduate degree in Health Service Management at IU Indy while also pursuing a degree in Nursing. This academic foundation, combined with my hands-on training, equips me with the knowledge and practical skills needed to thrive in high-stakes medical environments where precision, critical thinking, and collaboration are essential to patient outcomes.
I am passionate about advancing emergency medical care by providing life-saving interventions, ensuring patient safety, and delivering compassionate support during critical moments. My aim is to continue building expertise in advanced life support and critical care transport, while strengthening the skills necessary to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments. A career as a certified Nurse and Paramedic will allow me to apply my communication, problem-solving, time management, and teamwork skills daily. To prepare for this, I am plan to engage in clinical experiences, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and am currently seeking opportunities that challenge me to grow as both a provider and leader in emergency medicine.

In my Professionalism class, I was asked to complete a Pecha Kucha presentation. You were allowed no writing on your 15 slides, resulting in continuous practice and memorization of your information. I feel this assignment helped me grow in communication and my presentation skills, helping me to learn how to find comfort in the uncomfortable and work on giving a relatable, engaging presentation.
