About Me.
My name is Sydni Zebrauskas, and I am a passionate pre medical sales professional dedicated to delivering innovative healthcare solutions to providers and patients, and currently completing my undergraduate degree at IU Indy. I am majoring in Health Service Management with a plan to pursue Medical Sales. I chose this major due to its ability to prepare me for medical sales by fostering customer-centric approaches, operational excellence, and strategic problem-solving which are vital traits for success in a field that bridges technology, service, and healthcare delivery. This combination of skills not only enhances sales performance but also builds lasting relationships that are critical in the medical industry.

I am passionate about improving healthcare outcomes by educating healthcare providers about life-changing products and ensuring access to cutting-edge technologies; they contribute directly to enhancing patient care. I aim to expand my expertise in emerging medical technologies and lead strategic sales initiatives that make a measurable impact on healthcare systems.​ A career in medical sales would encourage me to use my communication and presentation skills, problem-solving, time management and organization skills, and many more on a day-to-day basis. To prepare for this I am taking action in my current jobs and reaching out to friends and family who can aid in development of these skills.

I am an undergraduate working for a degree in Health Service Management, a program focused on the efficient delivery and administration of healthcare services. My studies emphasized leadership, strategic planning, and operational management within diverse healthcare settings.
Academic
In my Professionalism class, I was asked to complete a Pecha Kucha presentation. You were allowed no writing on your 15 slides, resulting in continuous practice and memorization of your information. I feel this assignment helped me grow in communication and my presentation skills, helping me to learn how to find comfort in the uncomfortable and work on giving a relatable, engaging presentation.

Clean golf carts, pick the driving range, fill range bags, clean golf clubs, and park/pull carts from the cart barn. This taught me attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving, which will help me to thrive as a successful sales representative.

Water/feed plants, help customers find/create flower bed arrangements, and check people out at the register. This taught me customer service, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, all of which have helped me grow and learn to better myself for my future.
